  Conference attendees will receive certificates that reflect the number of hours spent in classes during PCB West. These certificates can be used as evidence of continuing education and training in accordance with ISO 9001 and other corporate quality assurance and quality management requirements.

Payment Policies: All payments for the conference must be received prior to attending. Payments can be made by credit card, check or wire transfer. Registrations without complete payment information will not be processed.
Check payments should be made to UP Media Group, Attn: PCB West 2020, P.O. Box 470, Canton, GA 30169. ALL wire transfers are charged a $50 processing fee per registration. Credit card payments will show a charge from UP Media Group.
Refunds & Cancellations: A $50 cancellation fee will be withheld from any registration fees refunded. All refund requests must be made in writing no later than August 17, 2020, Attn. Alyson Corey, "No shows" who have not made a written request by August 17 are fully liable for conference tuition/fees. Registrations made after August 17 are considered confirmed, and no refund requests will be accepted; registrants will be fully liable for conference tuition/fees and will be invoiced accordingly.
